What we handle
- Preparing and submitting industrial and commercial building plans
- Sanction from whichever authority covers your site, municipal or the Department of Town and Country Planning
- Revised plans where the building has changed
- Occupation certificate and completion certificate
- Regularisation where construction ran ahead of approval
Which office applies to you
It depends on where the site sits. Inside municipal limits, in a controlled area, or within an industrial estate. Each has its own submission requirements and its own scrutiny.
Send a file to the wrong office and it does not get forwarded. It just does not move, and you lose weeks finding out.
The problem worth avoiding
The expensive situation is a building that does not match its sanctioned plan. It usually comes out later, when an occupation certificate is applied for or when a factory licence inspection compares the site plan against what is standing.
If your structure has already gone beyond the sanctioned drawing, tell us at the start. It is a manageable problem when you disclose it and a serious one when someone else finds it.
Common questions
Can a building be regularised after construction?
Often yes, depending on how far it deviates and the rules for your location. Tell us at the outset so the approach accounts for it.
Do I need an occupation certificate?
Where it applies to your building, yes. Its absence tends to surface at the least convenient moment.
