Call 70277 54026It depends on the category of the unit and whether your documents are complete. Once a properly prepared file goes in, most licences come through in a few weeks. What causes delay is almost always an incomplete file, not the department. We will give you a realistic date after seeing your papers, not an optimistic one.
Consent to Establish is taken before you construct or expand. Consent to Operate is taken before you start production, and it has to be renewed. Many units take the first one and forget the second, then face a problem at inspection. We handle both and track the renewal.

In almost every case, no. We attend on your behalf. Only where a rule specifically requires the occupier or owner in person will we ask you to come, and we will tell you well in advance.
It varies by licence. Usually ownership or rent papers, the site plan, ID proof, company documents and a machinery list. Call us and we will send the exact list for your case rather than a general one.
